When unexpected problems occur, it’s great to know there’s someone who understands your computer or mobile device and is available to help whenever you need them.

I know operating systems, software applications and the insides of computers better than anything else. If you have a problem with your computer, chances are I’ve seen it and dealt with it many times before.

With a background that includes a B.Math degree from the University of Waterloo, majoring in Math and Computer Science, and subsequent experience working in Information Technology for Gulf Canada, CP Rail, and TD Bank, I’ve accumulated a vast working knowledge of hardware and software, applications and operating systems, networks, application design, development, problem solving and customer service. And that’s not all.

I’m well positioned to work with you and solve your computer and other technology issues.

After years of hard work and determination, I’ve built this venture into what it is today, while still reflecting the traditional values and principles that helped shape me.

Behind every great guy there’s a great gal, and I couldn’t have done it without my life partner and computer gal, Jenny.  ‎

Together with our two daughters and family dog, we live in Summerhill.  Our guilty pleasures include wandering the St. Lawrence Market on a Saturday, visiting the local hang-out, Terroni, walking the ravines with our dog, and attending the occasional opera, some of which our daughter Tessa performs in.
